Meade Series 5000 Xtreme Wide Angle Eyepiece

Featuring a staggering 100 degree apparent field of view Meade Series 5000 Xtreme Wide Angle Eyepiece uses 9 optical elements to achieve a high contrast image with razor sharp correction all the way to the edge of the field.

Features blackened lens edges and internal surfaces for enhanced contrast, and a parafocal design for little or no focus change when switching between eyepieces of the series.

With a precision machined 2" barrel, comfortable long eye relief, and rubber eyeguard for comfort and blocking stray light. Please note that the eyepiece is a large 2" barrel diameter eyepiece and requires a 2" diagonal or eyepiece holder.
