Meade 1.25" Series 4000 Variable Polarizing Filter 07286 - Premium Telescope Accessory for Astronomy & Astrophotography

Meade's Series 4000 Variable Polarizing filter system features 2 Polarizer filters mounted in a specially machined cell. When observing the Moon, this 2-filter system reduces glare. Rotate the thumbscrew at the side of the unit to achieve light transmission between 5% and 25% of its original value. The #905 is inserted into the 1.25" eyepiece holder of the telescope and then the eyepiece is inserted into the other end of the filter assembly.
