iOptron 2" Dielectric Star Diagonal

This iOptron 2" Dielectric Star Diagonal will maximize your comfort when your refractor or catadioptric telescope is at or near the zenith by enabling your head to be in a better viewing position. The diagonal has been optimized with a dielectric hard-coated BK-7 glass mirror transmitting over 99% of incoming light. This produces crisp, vibrant images with high contrast without sacrificing resolution.

The iOptron 2" Dielectric Star Diagonal, contained within a black anodized aluminum finish, is designed to be sturdy yet lightweight. With a 2" barrel size, this diagonal works with large focusers, drawtubes, and accessories. In addition, a 1.25" adapter is also included for compatibility with more frequently used 1.25" sized accessories. Comes with a brass compression ring in the eyepiece holder that keeps your eyepiece from acquiring marks or other damage while fixed in place. The eyepiece holder also contains an internal safety stop to protect the mirror and provide durability.
